Shipping & Returns
Once your item has been made we will then send it out second class (signature required).
Postage & Packaging to the UK costs £6.00.
For any overseas order please contact us.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working day. If you are ordering a mixture of ready to ship and custom this time frame may vary.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been posted.
Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately via email. We cannot cancel your order if it is ready for dispatch.
The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
-Custom made items
Returns must be made within 14 days making sure to notify us via email within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
We will come back to you within 2 days to tell you where to return your parcel to.
The item/s must be returned in its original condition with original packaging and any tags in-tact.
Returns after this time or in an unsuitable condition will not be accepted.
We cannot accept returns on:
- Custom made items
- Personalised items
Please ensure your return includes your
- Order number
- Order Name
- Email address used to place your order and if different an email we can contact you on
Please allow 7 days for us to process your return.
If you receive a credit note they are valid for 6 months from date of issue and can only be redeemed in a single transaction for the designated amount or greater. Delivery charges will apply.
Please make sure you have triple checked your sizing before placing an order (please refer to our measuring guide)

Once you receive your order and you notice you have ordered the wrong size please email us- you will be responsible for the return and exchange postal costs. Please make sure you have the correct sizing before you order.
